Our overnight prices include parking. Each room booking includes one of 117 secure parking spaces in our underground garage, max. height 2.20 m (subject to availability).
We offer parking spaces for women, motorcycle parking, disabled parking spaces, bicycle parking, windscreen wash sets, and 220V sockets for charging e‐bikes.

These days everyone is always online. So it goes without saying that we offer our guests free WiFi. All rooms have their own router and you can get an access code for the duration of your stay from reception.
For extra‐secure data transfer we also provide wired internet connections.

Here at Stay2Munich our main concern is that our guests get a good night’s sleep.
All our rooms feature comfortable, extra‐long (210 cm) box‐spring beds with Bonnell springs and 19 cm‐thick overlay mattresses. In our double rooms the 180 cm‐wide beds offer plenty of room, as do the 160 cm‐wide queen‐size beds in the single rooms. Thanks to the patented hollow‐fibre fillings, the duvets are not only light and soft, but also machine‐washable up to a very hygienic 95°C. The large pillow and neck pillow with 100% cotton covers add to the comfort.

All our rooms have a kitchenette, consisting of a fridge, hotplates, microwave, kettle and, of course, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Stay2Munich offers you barrier-free rooms. With a spacious living area and a bathroom suitable for the disabled, a comfortable and unimpeded stay is guaranteed. All public areas offer stepless access.
