Receptionist (m/f/d)
If you enjoy working with people, have good manners, are comfortable working on a computer, have a good command of German and English, and are open to working shifts and weekends, then you should apply to join our team.
We are not only looking for “traditional” hotel professionals, but also for people who have either completed business training or have several years of professional experience in the service industry, such as service staff.
With us, you don’t have to jump in at the deep end!
You’ll have the opportunity to learn the ropes of your new role in the front desk department step by step. This includes becoming proficient in using hotel reservation systems, booking portals, and hotel invoices.

Requirement profile
- Good knowledge of German
- Strong sense of cleanliness and order
- Eye and attention to detail
- Ideally already experience in building maintenance or previous knowledge of housekeeping
- Well-groomed and friendly appearance
- Structured work
- Residence close to the hotel is an advantage, as there is no staff accommodation
- Resilience, flexibility and reliability
