Our overnight prices include parking. Each room booking includes one of 117 secure parking spaces in our underground garage, max. height 2.20 m (subject to availability).
We offer parking spaces for women, motorcycle parking, disabled parking spaces, bicycle parking, windscreen wash sets, and 220V sockets for charging e‐bikes.

The generous breakfast buffet in the bright and friendly surroundings of 1st floor food & drinks invites you to start every morning with a hearty and balanced breakfast. Whether its fresh rolls, local eggs cooked various ways, a large selection of international specialty meats and cheeses, baked beans and bacon, muesli and fruit, a variety of teas and coffees, or tempting sweet pastries, the breakfast buffet at Stay2Munich leaves very little to be desired.

Each of our rooms has a kitchenette. This includes a fridge, hotplates, a microwave, a kettle and of course it is also equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Whether it’s soccer, movies or TV series – the free home entertainment with Smart TV and Sky Sport on a large 43-inch flat screen provides you with multimedia entertainment. Over 50 programs in 20 languages are available to you free of charge. Enjoy the unique variety of programs, which you can control via your smartphone.

Our reception is open for you 24 hours a day. Whether early check-in, late arrival or questions during your stay – our friendly team is always on hand with help and advice to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The Stay2Munich offers barrier-free rooms with spacious living areas and bathrooms suitable for the disabled, guaranteeing you a comfortable stay with no limits. All public areas offer stepless access.

The high level of sleeping comfort for guests is the core service at Stay2Munich.
All rooms have extra-long (210 cm), comfortable box-spring beds with Bonell spring cores and 19 cm thick topper mattresses. In the double rooms, 180 cm wide beds offer plenty of space, while single guests sleep like royalty in the 160 cm wide queen-size beds. Thanks to the patented hollow fiber fillings, the comforters are not only light and cuddly, but also very hygienically washable up to 95°C. Guests can enjoy full sleeping comfort on the large pillows and neck pillows with 100% cotton covers.

Today, everyone is always online. Naturally, we offer our guests a free high-speed WLAN connection. Additional LAN connections are available for particularly secure data transmissions.

The hotel’s own fitness room is at your free disposal as a guest. Treadmills, a cross trainer and bicycle ergometers are available for your cardio training. Thanks to different, varied strength training equipment, effective training of all muscle groups is of course also possible.

The large modern bathrooms with bathtub, hairdryer and the most important toiletries as standard, offer you the right space not only for relaxation during daily personal hygiene.

Stay2Munich combines ecology with economy. We constantly pay attention to our energy and water consumption and motivate our guests to use resources sparingly. A welcome side effect of this is the advantageous prices that we can offer our guests.

Our shuttle bus runs from Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. to the Neuperlach Süd S-Bahn/U-Bahn stop and the companies in Ottobrunn, Neubiberg, Neuperlach-Süd, Taufkirchen, Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn and Unterhaching. Departure times can be found in the lobby and a short registration at reception will secure your place.

Look forward to our Danarium sauna (45° C, 40-55 % humidity) and the block sauna on the Alpine panorama roof terrace (85-95° C) with daily changing fragrances and infusions. The feel-good experience is complemented by refreshing experience showers and a cozy relaxation room in the indoor area.

Daily from 17:00 to 23:00. Bathrobes and slippers are available at reception for a fee of €5 – these are already included in the top category.
